Natural stone may encounter problems that need professional treatment to ensure the beauty of natural stone right after finishing construction and installation. If there is only dust on natural stone surface, then just use specialized cleaning products such as Neugel or Algafloor.
  However, due to the preparation process of material or bad protection of after construction as well as the traffic of the other contractors, natural stone frequently encounter the following common problems:
         

-  Scratches, loss of polishness:  Re-polishing is essential to remove scratches and restore surface polishness.

-  Stains:   During construction process, mortar, cement, glue or paint ... could be stacked on natural stone surface. If these stains are not immediately cleaned, then they can not be cleaned in the normal way. It requires to use use special chemicals for natural stone such as Disycott, Decera/p.

- Water absorption causing yellow stains, especially on the grout.  Improper impregnation (not impregnated, not well impregnated, improper impregnator…) is the main reason of this problem. Dedicated products such as Oxidant, Margel, No Rug will be used to dry the stains. Then, re-impregnation is applied to prevent stains reappear with appropriate quality impregnators such as  Hidro Protector MM, Pro TW Lux, Hidro 500
