You feel completely satisfied with the fact that all of the items that apply natural match with your original ideas as well as meet your aesthetic requirements, quality and using effectiveness. To maintain the beauty of natural stone as it has just been installed, daily care must be talked about here.

Currently, the use of floor cleaning products which contain strong acid to clean natural stone are common in Vietnam. Acid in the product will deform the surface of natural stone, resulting in deteriorating condition of stone. Vinastone recommends customers to use only neutral products (alkaline) or mild acid, exclusively for the natural stone in daily care. This is an indispensable requirement in order not to lose its shine and maintain long-lasting beauty for stone. Here are some notes that customers need to do to take care of natural stone daily:

- Lay a carpet in the entrance

- Vacuum regularly to avoid the sand grains scratch due to friction movement, especially in high traffic areas.

- Wipe up the dust or dirty surface by soft, dry and clean towel. - Use coasters or carpet or soft towel under objects that might scratch the stone surface.

- For spilled stains: Wipe stain up by paper towels immediately. To prevent the stain from spreading out, wipe the only dirty area from the outside to the inside. Then, apply mild soap water and rinse several times with a soft towel until clean.

- For spilled oil, wine, coffee or tea… on stone surface, dry immediately to prevent the stone from absorbing them. It is required to re-polish and re-waterproof stone surface regularly by specified liquid to ensure the stability of stone color.

- Use specified chemicals for natural stone.

 DON’T: - Place hot items directly on the stone surface or burn or heat the stone surface.

- Remain stagnant water area on stone surface for a long time.

- Wear shoes, sandal with sand/ dust... on the stone surface. - Apply the cleaning liquid which contains acids, lemon, vinegar or other common restroom detergent liquid for natural stone (especially Marble).

- Drop or use sharp/hard thing or sandpaper to scrape stone surface.

- Leave the stone surface be badly damaged for long time before maintenance. Then the maintenance will be complex, time consuming, expensive. Sometimes damaged stone surface cannot be treated.
